A medium sized seagull handcrafted from salvaged materials and my special paper mache mix.  My grandmother used to feed her pet seagulls from the backdoor of her house on the Isles of Scilly, summoning the birds with a cry of "Gully, gully, gully!" - I have had an affinity with these characterful seabirds ever since!  The sculptures are quite robust, the template starts with reclaimed wood covered with paper and my paper mache mix, with manufactured feet attached to allow them to stand. The work is varnished but not recommended for outdoors and measures 35cm h approximately. Each piece is unique so will vary a little in appearance. Every one is individually sculpted, handpainted and decoupaged with a fun snippet from a magazine. Ask me about personalisation for your outlet or region - there is space for a few bespoke words on it's body.  This piece is made to order it's best to allow six weeks for delivery, but do get in touch if you need one sooner as I may have some already in stock.
